Refund & Return Policy
How returns and refunds work. We want you to get the right materials and equipment, and we will make it right if something arrives wrong.
Returns and refunds are processed through our storefront, where the current terms and any time windows are published at checkout. The summary below explains how we approach them.
Returns
Unused items in their original, resalable condition may generally be returned. Because ceramic materials can be sensitive to handling, please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm it qualifies and guide you through the process.
Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. This is exactly why we encourage local delivery for heavy and fragile goods: it dramatically reduces transit damage in the first place.
Kilns and equipment
Kilns, wheels, and large equipment have specific return and warranty considerations set by the manufacturer. We will help you navigate manufacturer warranties, and because we service what we sell, many issues can be resolved through repair rather than return.
Non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom or special orders, opened materials, and clearance goods, may not be returnable. We will always tell you up front when that applies.
