Shipping Policy

How we ship, deliver locally, and offer pickup. Heavy and fragile goods are where buying from a local supplier really pays off.

Orders are processed and shipped through our storefront. The options below summarize how we get ceramic supplies to you, with full details and current rates shown at checkout on the storefront.

Local delivery across Dallas-Fort Worth

We deliver in bulk throughout the DFW metroplex. This matters most for clay and kilns, which are heavy and fragile and do not ship well over long distances. Studios and schools can set up standing delivery schedules with case and pallet pricing. Contact us to arrange delivery.

Satellite pickup locations

You can select a satellite pickup location across DFW at checkout and collect your order closer to home instead of driving to Carrollton. Walk-in pickup at our Carrollton showroom is always available as well.

Standard shipping

For items that ship well, standard carrier shipping is available at checkout. Heavy or oversized items such as kilns may require freight; we will confirm freight arrangements and protect against transit damage wherever possible. Local delivery is usually the better choice for these.
